Race Rules:
Teams of 4 to 8 persons will compete by performing activities of their choice from the pre-approved list provided at the start of the race. The race starts at 1:00 pm and will end promptly at 5:00 pm. Teams will register and leave from the Rose Garden and return to the Rose Garden at the end of the race. Registration starts at 12 noon. All tasks can be accomplished within the greater Wausau area. A digital camera will be needed in order to take pictures of each team’s completion of selected activities. Items that you must locate need to be brought back at the end of the race to be counted.
OFFICIAL RULES
All vehicles used for the scavenger hunt must be licensed and have current tags.
All drivers must have a current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Seat belts must be used at all times.
Only legal number of passengers in each car.
Drivers will obey all traffic signs/lights and adhere to speed limits.
Property damage or theft will not be allowed.
Must be courteous to others at all times.
If challenge denotes team, then all team members must complete activity.
Only those who paid the entrance fee or are sponsored will be allowed to participate in the race.
All teams will receive the scavenger list at 1:00 pm and must be back at the Rose Garden and in the front doors no later than 5:00 pm or your team will be disqualified.
North Central Wisconsin Donate Life and/or Partners In Planning LLC will not be responsible for damage, injury or lost items.
Any cost pertaining to parking, entrance fees, etc. will be the sole responsibility of the team.
