Make A Contribution

We are a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting awareness of organ donation in the North Central Wisconsin region.

Contributions will be used to support the "Restoring Hope" Transplant House located in the Madison area, "home away from home" for transplant patients and their families, and also for programs promoting organ donation awareness throughout our communities. All donations should be directed to The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin for deposit to the North Central Wisconsin Donate Life Fund.
